GoMart, an Indonesian on-demand grocery delivery service, experienced a significant drop-off rate in the Home page to merchant page funnel, especially among early and untouched user segments. Following redesign, we successfully increased the visit-to-book conversion from 7% to over 20% since July 2021.
Revamped voucher flow for Flink, a leading instant grocery delivery app in Europe, aiming for a scalable and user-friendly voucher service. Objectives include reducing abandoned carts and delivering mutual benefits for customers and the business.
To minimize user drop-offs (caused by unavailable searched restaurants) and enhance the discoverability of GoFood merchants, I crafted a new Query Understanding experience for unavailable merchants. This initiative led to a notable 2.3% increase in the overall conversion of users entering the search & discovery channel.
Groceries - Foodpanda operates in Asia Pacific and Europe. Last year, only xx.x% of users who entered the Service Details Page (SDP) proceeded to Checkout (CO), with xx% accessing from DMart and xx.x% from Shops. To enhance consistency and boost conversion rates, I revamped the experience for both dark stores and shops.

I built a B2B e-Procurement platform from scratch to digitize the traditional procurement process, opening a new revenue segment for Tokopedia. Additionally, we enhanced procurement team efficiency across the entire process, from discovery to negotiating, purchasing, RFQ, and billing.
Developed an inventory sync dashboard empowering non-EIM integrated merchants to autonomously update their inventory. This initiative has consistently upheld a fulfillment rate exceeding 95% since 2020, positively influencing overall customer satisfaction, as reflected in the BCR.
Transitioning from SKU to merchant-centric, 200+ shoppers in Indonesia were onboarded to facilitate customer fulfillment. I developed a comprehensive platform for these shoppers, enabling order picking and communication with Drivers, Customers, and Cashiers from scratch. The Merchant app is actively utilized by over 5000 of our partnered stores.
